I’m Claudia De Silva, a workplace consultant and I work with businesses to diagnose problems and provide solutions to ongoing or one off issues within the organisation.
I have over 20 years of experience working in organisations of all types. I have sat at board level as an HR and Operations Director in a top 100 professional services firm, run my own HR consultancy business for 8 years, co-run a successful deli and coffee shop turning it from a loss making business to a profitable one and I also run a personal coaching company.
I have been involved in organisational change projects at both a structural and strategic level as well from a psychological perspective. I have also coached leaders and senior managers in their roles within a business and on a private level.
I bring an unique perspective to my work from experience as employer, employee and business owner as well as HR professional, organisational consultant, legally trained employment adviser and coach and mentor.
My qualifications include a Masters in system psychodynamic organisational consultancy, a Post Graduate Diploma in Law, and CIPD certificates in HR Practice and Employment Law. I am also a trained coach and am accredited by the ACCPH as a Senior Coach enabling me to offer private coaching to individuals and groups and also to supervise other coaches in their own practice.
My offer is unique in that I am able to bring a plethora of workplace skills to your business and work holistically with you to fix the issues within the organisation.
